  Just purchased new tires and wanted to check the alignment as the old ones showed a little wear on one side. Scheduled an appointment and was serviced on time. The alignment was Good, no problems found and the check up was free. Will remember them next I need service.

  The manager did a wonderful job for me. He was honest and gave me a deal I know this because I called around. I got full sets of brakes. I would definitely go back there and will to get the alignment and some other things I know I need.

  This place sucks. Sean the so called "manager" is a joke. Doesn't know how to manage his business or his appointments. I was told to drop my vehicle off for a couple hours for an oil change instead of making an appointment for the next day. Jordan assured me it would be completed. When I arrived I spoke with Sean. When I said I'm here to drop off my vehicle he said I'm booked till Friday (1hr earlier they had 6 appointments available for the next day). Instead of showing empathy or appologizing for a customer who just rearranged his whole day he responded with I just got a job for 3,000 I don't have time for you. He didn't even offer to make the appointment I originally wanted to make for the following day. I understand $3,000 is a lot but your customer service skills just lost you a customer for life!
