The guys up front are nice, but I was not impressed with the service. I ordered new wheels and tires and had them drop shipped to Firestone for installation and alignment. The tech that worked on my jeep left a bolt out of my center cap which caused it to spin around on my brand new wheel while driving which scratched up the wheel. I'm still battling with Tire Rack to get the bolts I was missing, not sure what anyone is going to do about the wheel yet either. The tech should have removed a bolt from the center cap on my spare tire and put it on one of the drive tires to fully secure the cap.
Very good place to take your vehicle. Very honest people . Great store manager and mechanic.
Service was great! Brian made the price work for me! They are full service- changed the oil, filters etc They also did a full vehicle inspection for only $9.99!! My car doesn't need the repairs that I thought it might! All of the guys that I spoke with were very knowledgeable and have a pleasant personality! I highly recommend them!!

I posted not the best review but wanted to come here and update that firestone eventually made a wrong right. Excellent customer service from Bryan here. So my 1 star is going to 4 stars. Thank you for making it right.
