I have had my car serviced at Leffler's Auto Service for the past thirty years. Mr. Leffler has always gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. He is always extremely courteous and is very kind. I will continue to take my car there for rest of my life.
Lynn should not be in customer service. She should be fired. She is rude and I would never use Leffler's again for my repairs or rental needs. I reserved to rent a truck and they did not show up until an hour later and she was not apologetic and she was downright rude about it. And I was planning on having my truck over there for a tune up. I guess NTB still has my business. I do have to thank Lynn though, because thanks to her bad attitude, I got my rental truck for free :)
I am a resident of Grove City where his business is located. I received a flyer in the mail and thougth that I would use his service since it was local, to keep business in my community. After going to his place of business to have a new style of headlights installed. He said it couldn't be done without a wiring harness so he put everything back together I paid him and I drove off. I then I noticed I didn't have light I went back and asked him to fix my lights that were working when I came into his shop.He refused and told me to get the F*** off of his property and never come back so he got away with money and I drove off with a car that was not street legal. He is a bad business owner and a racist choose somone else to do your services.
The worst service and blatant rudness I have ever experienced in my life. I was scheduled to pick up a moving truck at 8am on the morning of my move. When I arrived I was told the truck was not ready and I would have to wait. I told the very rude woman that my fiance and I would go have a coffee and be back in a half hour. When arriving back I was told the truck will not be ready until her brother came in and that he was sleeping in. She was intensely rude why we waited for her brother who finally showed up a half hour later, now an hour and a half behind. I attempted to shake his hand and say thanks for coming in but instead got a stare and sillence. He took the truck and filled it with gas. Uppon arriving back he spoke with his sister then looked at me and said the truck had something wrong with it and I would not be leaving with it. He then asked me to leave or he would physically force me out. I hope to never experience such disservice again. Please do not offer such horrible people your business.
Somewhat new to grove city and went in hoping for a tire patch. They said nobody was there to help out and suggested to try firestone. Welp, won't be back that's for sure.
