Here is a suggestion, do not be greedy in making money so that you have to make your customer wait, unable to keep the appointment time and end up giving poor customer experience.
Alaina salmons she cut my hair and styled it. She made me feel comfortable. And some good advice on hair care she show me where the straighteners were I bought one and a spray to protect my hair from the Heat and they're 20% off buy one get the other 20% off. Nice L loved her she's very sweet.
When we asked the salon staff about how long we need to wait and what is the meaning of appointment, if she is asking us to wait more. She asked us to wait for more 30 mins which means waiting for 1 hour after the scheduled appointment. The salon staff gave a very very poor reason which highlighted their inefficiency in managing a salon. They said that we are already backed up on our appointment which means "Hey! I don't know how to manage customers and operate salon business, so dear you have to suffer and waste your time". Ultimately we told staff that we are leaving and in return we haven't received any apology for not keeping up the appointment time and wasting our time.
Terrible Service, Unprofessional Staff, Horrible Experience and Poor Management!
My wife took appointment for my daughter's haircut before her 3rd birthday party next day and we showed up 15 mins before the scheduled appointment. We talked to the person on the counter who asked us to wait for 20 mins. We waited for more than 45 mins including 30 mins post scheduled appointment. What we noticed is that the salon person knew a guy who showed up without appointment and took him before us even when we waited for our turn for more than 30 mins after the scheduled time.
