Very bad service. Starting from the dept. in charge for taking the appointment calls. Rude and very unprofessional. The holding time is ridiculously long "We know your time is valuable n Your call is important to us", obviously it was not. I was put on call as soon as I was connected, their greetings: "Can I put you on hold?", and when I fed up and said No, I rcvd a nasty respond from the appt person. And I ended with hold again. Your business is VERY EXTREMELY BAD. And that didn't count the waiting time in lobby and waiting in the room.
