Office manager was even worse.
I had bad experience with Dr Runser and his office staff. I felt the the Dr was a little arrogant, out of touch and insensitive to his patients. He will walk in a Hawaiian shirt, talk to you for only a few minutes, make you feel bad then gets up and leave.
Do yourself a favor and schedule an interview with him first.
Dr. Runser took a lot of his time to review my medical records that had been recently transferred. He made certain I was current on all immunizations and medical procedures. He cared about my heath.
We were paying customers and thought our time, money and health are better served somewhere else.
This was back from 2010.
Runser was my doctor for years. Not a good experience. Suffered a panic attack in the office which they they seemed uncomfortable with instead of sympathetic. Dropped me after a late bill.
