I have to say..the moment i walked in the door i was greated with such great experience..she was very pleasant and cheerful. Very clear about all i needed to know going over all paperwork. She drove me to the shed im renting and let me look at it before desiding rather i want it or not.
So just to add ...Thank you Ma'am i had a nice time meeting you. I left there with a smile.

I just stopped in to see about renting a space. Jennifer was so nice (and funny!) and the store was very clean and nice. I didn't end up renting a space, but I know I'll need one in the not-too-distant future and this is where I'll go!
The computer was down so I couldn't rent a storage facility. I understand that these things happen but the reason for the low rating is the staff. When I asked if I should just give up and find someplace else, I was told "yes". No apology for wasting my time two days in a row. No contingency plan for computer problems. No emergency paper applications. I did not feel like they wanted or cared about my business in the least. I went to a nearby competitor, Spare Space Self Service Storage, and had a wonderful experience.
This is a Great location. I recently went in to swap out one unit for another one, and an extremely nice lady named Flo was more than happy to walk the property and help me find the right unit for my needs. I highly recommend this place, it's affordable and above all else it's safe and secure. Right off a very busy off ramp(Stringtown - 71S). Surrounded mostly by industrial/warehouse businesses. Kept fences and working security cameras are always a plus. I will definitely continue to do business with them. Five stars for sure.
Reserved a storage online. I received a registration email and it stated that they close at 6 and I must show up 30 minutes before closing to sign in. I also received a voicemail saying to call back to verify my reservation. I called back, no answer, was sent through to a voicemail in which it stated to leave a message and someone would get back to me. I left a voicemail at 4:10 pm. I drove straight to the storage unit as I live an hour away. When I arrived at 5:21pm I walked into the office, which smells like an ashtray, and told the woman at the desk that I had made a reservation online. She replied “Well it’s too late to do anything tonight, so you’re not trying to get into it tonight are you.” I told her that my confirmation email states to arrive at least 30 minutes before closing and it was 5:22pm. She proceeded to tell me “They’re wrong, they’re in California they don’t know” I said well I wanted to get the keys tonight so I could bring my things back another evening. She proceeded to huff and puff and sigh at me before slamming her hands in her keyboard, at this point I said “you know what forget it. I’m not going to use a company with employees who act like this.” I refuse to do business with a company that has such poor customer service. If I could give zero stars I would.
