We come in and wait to be seated in a pretty empty restaurant. Then someone comes in from outside and asks us how many to be seated. No uniform, just looks like she walked in off the street. Come to find out later it is the manager. Jessica took our order with no problems. After waiting for about 15 minutes, she comes up to the table and explains the kitchen was finishing another table's food and ours would be coming shortly. 10 minutes goes by and still nothing. Jessica comes by again and said they were plating. She brings out my kids pancakes and said our country fried steaks would be out shortly. She apologizes for it taking so long because the steaks are frozen. 10 minutes later she brings out our dinners and the eggs are wrong. Jessica took them to the back and comes back. She places our food down again and said the eggs will be out shortly. There are no hash browns on one order, no bacon on another order. So she takes them back again. Come back out with the same plates, with a small side of hash browns, bacon and the manager coming behind with 2 small plates of eggs (right this time). The manager says it was her fault the eggs were fault, she cooked the wrong eggs.2 minutes later she comes back with the pancakes that go with the country fried steak and eggs. The food was perfect. As we are about halfway through our food, Jessica comes back with the check. After all this, full price. I was a restaurant manager for years. Something should have been offered, but it wasn't. Now I see why this place was pretty empty at dinner time
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! We were told by the server that all the silverware was nasty and offered us plastic utensils. Then she gave us silverware that was spotted and wet. The orders came out wrong. We gagged and walked out. I went back in and told the manager, who I was first told wasn't there, my situation. I got a gift card I won't use as an apology. The poor waitress kept apologizing because she was obviously overwhelmed and not getting help. This manager failed us and his team. This place needs help!!!
Kids food brought out before my husband's and I food. We were told the items we ordered were frozen and would be brought out shortly. 30 mins later, kids are done eating, we get our food and it's wrong, twice. We hurried up and ate as it was going on an hour and half we had been there and they were not busy. We received the bill and nothing was discounted for us having to wait so long or that it was brought out wrong twice. Will never return to that IHOP.
Service is very slow, staff always seems preoccupied with socializing with each other than waiting on customers. Waitress typed my order correct, kitchen made it incorrectly but she still brought it incorrectly. Because I had already waited 47 min just to get served I ate it anyway because I didn't have another 22 min to wait for them to remake what I had ordered. This happens consistently every time we go to this location. We keep going back in hopes it has improved but it doesnt. It is sad because the food isn't bad and it's the only close by IHOP.
I really wish they'd step up their service because I love pancakes! Always takes forever, messed up my son's order but I just had him eat it any way because our waitress was nowhere to be seen and we already waited a good amount of time for our food. Watched 5 tables just walk out while we were there. Our waitress was a nice lady but seemed like she like she was on the verge of a panic attack. We never got all of my kids food, it was never changed on the receipt, and our card got run 3 times and was told the computer duplicated it..... It was 3 different amounts.....
