3. Listen carefully to their instructions and watch for signs. They can be hard to see but most of everything you need to keep an eye out for will be left of you. The big trucks know where they're going but don't just aimlessly follow them. Where they're going may not be where you need to go so again, look to the left for your drop-off point.
So my experience with being honest is that I paid to be treated like garbage. I will never allow anyone I come into contact with to do any business here again! The ONLY decent part of my experience were the ladies working the scale. They were very pleasant and respectful. Saying, "thank you" and the usual pleasantries expected from a professional organization.
I stopped by there for the first time and had little to no problems. I guess I don't understand the negative reviews. Their service is pretty straight forward. I will say this, if you're just a regular person like me it can be a little confusing as to what to do. I happen to bump into a person I assume was a manager and he helped me out so with that said:
Place take all ur trash reasonable price
This was my first time visiting, and will be my last! I have had my employees dump here before with mixed experiences, however I was treated like a complete criminal. Pull up to the scale and tell the ladies EXACTLY what is in my dump, they are quick to take their $60.00 (for a 2.5yd dump bed somehow they measure out to 7yds), am told to pull up to have my load inspected. After rifling through the entire load on my own, again telling the inspection guy EXACTLY what was in my truck, they call over this old guy. He gets out of his truck, spitting dip spit at my feet, tells me to walk back to the scale window to attempt a refund, then "Get the hell out of here!"
And that's it.
2. Drive straight up to the scale. This is where the support staff is. Ask any last minute questions you have, i.e. where to go to drop off your stuff, pay your bill and you're off.
OMG the lady that takes the money is so rude like she better than. With her ugly ass
My Trucks are 28 yrads They Charge us for 45 yrds. Thats an extra $138,060.00 a year! They are basically Thieves!
1. If you have any questions call ahead first. This will save time and confusion because it's pretty much "go-mode" when you arrive. I called to make sure they could take my material and payment options.
