He helped us find her a really good harness (in a matching color to her collar, may I add), got her puppy nails done, gave her some pretty swanky bandanas and tasty treats. She was -so- happy
The Grove City location has a vet in on Saturdays for a couple hours. Not expensive.

We met Robert there and I've never had someone at a pet store be this incredibly nice (and I've met a lot of really nice peeps at pet stores).
