Amber was our server and she was the best in that place. She always made sure my drink was full and provided excellent service. She went above and beyond. I would recommend this Olive Garden to anyone. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The bathrooms are very nice.
We enjoyed our Christmas dinner party. Awesome service by Diane who was very courteous,professional, and knowledgeable about the menu and drink selections. Food was hot and it was served in a timely manner. We highly recommend this restaurant for company parties. Hopefully, we will have our next party there as well.
My date and myself, had a great time at your Olive Garden location. The food was hot; not to mention highly enjoyable. Although it was a Sunday/weekend, our service was prompt. Our waitress was delightful; not to mention that we did not feel bothered, let alone, we did not go without anything that we needed/wanted. Our experience was beyond phenomenal. We came in to celebrate my daughter's graduation today (Stringtown Rd.).. Our waitress was Sade M. And she was great! Excellent service and very attentive and friendly! Awesome attitude and the service was exceptional, food arrived quickly && was hot and delicious! We really wish you had more employees like her! Can't wait to come back and ask for her!!!! Thanks Sade!!! :)
Our service went severely down hill when we didn't order alcohol. Our salads were very minimal. Our food took forever. Some if it was raw and other parts were left under the warming lights far too long and the pasta was crunchy. Our waitress didn't return until the end of the meal to check on us. We politely but firmly explained to our waitress why we were not happy. She offered free dessert to compensate.
