I searched many jewelry stores in the area for the perfect engagement ring. I found a set that I loved at Meyers, after shopping around more and finding the same rings at other stores I returned to Meyers because I loved their customer service and all the help I received while I was in the store. I wouldn't think of going to any other jewelry store. The staff is so helpful and do not pressure you to buy. They have sold us pieces, repaired pieces, and even helped my husband design a one of a kind pendant for me. Shawn is the best and most knowledgeable sales manager we have ever known. I had been to many other places before coming to Meyers Jewelers. The others places that I had been too fell short on the experience I was looking for in selecting THE engagement ring. As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable and welcome. I walked over to the hearts on fire counter and was quickly welcomed by Shawn Rummel, would just happened to be their hearts on fire specialist. I talked with her and she got to know me, about my girlfriend and what I really was looking for. She took me through the process of this very important purchase and made it feel so relaxing and comfortable. My mother passed down a family heirloom ring when I got engaged recently, and because it was so old (1944, didn't have a serial number or any official documentation) and of sentimental value, she asked me not to leave it with a jeweler while it was being appraised. I contacted a number of jewelers close to where I live, and none were able/willing to do an appraisal while I waiter there, not even if we scheduled ahead of time. I finally went to Meyer's Jewelers and Scott did the appraisal right there when I came in! Took no more than 20 minutes for the whole process. He also let me know of some work that needed to be done to keep the ring in good shape. Great service!
