Physical setting is appealing. Would not recommend. Nurses could not recognize an ill elderly woman. Staff is not unprofessional but are not skilled clinically. My Mum was in Diabetic crisis. We signed out & went to another facility. A smile or some kind of personality won't hurt either.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place was awful. Had to call 911 until they would finally see my mom. Once the ambulance got there they took her to the back and acted like they did nothing wrong and acted all high and mighty. Then the nurse was SO RUDE to me, talked back and said disrespectful things. The two other people in the waiting room were staring at my mom like someone needs to help her asap. But they just told her to have a seat. I would rather die than go back there! Go to the one in Grove city off of Stringtown Rd or the one downtown. Stay away from this place!!!
Nice facility, polite staff, but doctors lack experience and skill to diagnose properly. Had to go to different hospital for correct diagnosis. Almost died from blood clot...Not cool..
From the moment I walked in, everyone was professional and seemed caring. The doctor was amazing and the nurses were really nice. I'm glad I chose to come here instead of another ER.
Unprofessional. Rude. Slow. Misdiagnosis, had to make 2 trips. This place went to the crapper pretty fast. Looks nice but young rude staff. Our doctor was arrogant and short with us. Being Mount Carmel we expected better. Divertto another hospital if possible. The res a reason why it's not busy....
