Horrible customer service by Zac the store manager. I was given the wrong color tablet by associate during crazy Black Friday sale .... l had my receipt and unopened tablet only needed exchange but was treated like a criminal, l was the wrong age, gender and Race!!!! He didn’t want has store to take the sales return hit l guess, I exchanged it with no problem at another location. #bestbuy
i remember a time you walked in and the employees in each section knew about the products they offered, this time has long passed if you have a question they have no idea all this store is good for anymore is if you just don’t want to wait for amazon to deliver it in two days
I had a great experience at this location with my home theater purchase. I worked with Jesse Anderson and he was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with.
