Minus one star for an unusable phone line and inability to track packages. Otherwise, pretty good.
I would advise others to purchase but don't expect customer service or fast delivery, though this order was a nice surprise.
Update: We finally drove to Grove City from Dublin/Hilliard area to get face time with the owner so that we could get the refund we were due from months prior, since he would never answer the phone, never return phone calls, or hang up on me when I asked to speak to the owner (he's the only employee. When confronted face to face, the owner did refund the monies due to us, $687.50. Thanks for giving us the refund!

I ordered a brown cult seat for my son's bmx bike from here and never received any tracking info just an order number. A week and a half later it came but it was black instead of brown like we ordered. Since then I've tried calling and leaving a message cause no one answers the phone and emailing multiple times with no reply. All I want is to get the right color seat but can't get a hold of ANYONE!
Stopped in today and talked to the owner, Sam. Seemed like a pretty awesome dude. I asked him for advice on getting back into BMX since I'm a big old dude and we talked for a bit about the best options and type of bike. I left with a DK Cygnus 24 and went home and tried it out, the whole experience left me extremely happy and excited to get back into the scene. Now to work on my bunny hops. Thanks Sam!
Original Review: My husband ordered a bike online from this company, spend $687.50, then went into the store and the owner sold him another bike ($580.00) which would best fit my son and he said he was processing a credit for the original purchase, that was in December, we still have not seen the credit on our credit card account. Left a message, no response. I have called and called and no one answers. NO use leaving another message since he hasn't responded to the first. I cannot even give this place one star because I don't feel like he deserves it. I can't give a star for fraud but it won't let you post unless you pick at least one star. AND the story continues...I tried again to call today to speak to the owner, this time someone actually answered the phone. I asked to speak to the owner and the person on the phone said who is this...I again asked can I speak to the owner and he hung up on me. How's that for customer service...
